On the ground floor, provision was made for a congress centre besides a restaurant, the lobby, and the reception. In addition, the hotel  provides a fitness zone and underground parking facilities. Moreover, the unfinished building of the previously planned boarding house on the site at Melatengürtel 17 was rearranged to serve as a location to accommodate inhouse education on a total space of 5,300 sqm.
