Rheinpark Metropole Cologne
On the Right Bank of the Rhine with a direct view to Cologne Cathedral, one of the largest office buildings in Germany is being created. The premises of the Cologne Fair are being disposed of to be replaced by two intertwined building complexes. Since the outfacing walls and the tower are protected as a monument, they will be renovated to subside as featuring elements of the overall premises. The total floor area amounts over 160,000 sqm.
Umweltbundesamt Dessau
Due to its innovative energy concept and the use of renewable energies the new building for the Ministry of the Environment exemplifies sustainable building. One of the special highlights is the installation of a 5 km long heat-exchanger lead-managed by ZWP.

DKV Officebuilding H2, Cologne
The overall premises of the DKV extension building consist of two large building units with 5 to 7 storeys each and a north-facing tower with 14 storeys. With an office space of 35,600 sqm, the new building has been designed to accommodate 1800 working places.
Pharmacological research laboratories, Biberach
The project received the RIBA award of the Royal Institute of British Architects as well as the BDA award "Auszeichnung guter Bauten 2005".
Kreispolizeibehörde Mettmann
The energy concept of the Kreispolizeibehoerde is based on geothermic through the activation of the foundation of required bored pile. The total primary energy supply and the resulting CO2 emission is reduced by about 50 %.
Police Headquarter Bonn
The new building of the police headquarter Bonn offers a new workplace to its 1500 employees on a gross floor space of about 35,000 sqm. All functions of a police headquarter are integrated in this building.
Laboratoire National de Santé, Luxemburg
The National Health Laboratory and the Environmental and Veterinary Laboratory will be merged at a new location. The new 6-storey building has standard laboratories of S1 and S2 safety levels and one S3 biohazard area for Human and Veterinary Medicine.
