ZWP offers professionally guided training, and a high percentage of our successful trainees receive contracts for permanent employment with the company. To energetic, committed young people who are interested in practically oriented training with excellent perspectives, we offer training leading to certification as a technical systems planner – with specialization in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitary engineering as well as electrical and communication systems engineering. Training programs begin every August or September. The in-company training is complemented by classroom education in a vocational school (one to two days per week or in a block course) and by instruction from our highly qualified company training instructors.
