We are general technical planners who offer a full range of customer-oriented advising and planning services relative to technical building services. We are present in 8 locations – Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Bochum, Dresden, Munich, Stuttgart and Wiesbaden – and we currently employ more than 400 people nationwide.
The ZWP Ingenieur-AG top-management team, responsible for the operational management of the company, consists of an executive board, a general representative, and branch managers. The top management is supported in its work by a three-member supervisory board.
ZWP Ingenieur-AG has central branches that support our teams of experts throughout a range of complex tasks. ZWP Innovation, for example, located at our Cologne headquarters, provides services in the areas of energy design, simulation, certification, building physics and monitoring. ZWP Innovation Zentrale Dienste provides services, on an internal basis, in the areas of lighting design, conveyer systems, building automation and commissioning management.
ZWP international serves our German clients abroad, as well as international clients in Germany and abroad.
Our highly qualified, experienced project managers are your most important points of contact at ZWP. Working together with your project team, they support your project from start to successful finish. Our organizational structure emphasizes flat hierarchies.
And our organization is founded on employee participation – all of the company's shares are owned by the company's employees. This enables us to operate completely independently of other capital interests, and to commit ourselves 100% to your project.
We promise our customers quality, and we deliver. We have optimized and certified our processes pursuant to DIN-ISO 9001, and we have established ZWP Quality Management, charged with providing quality assurance throughout all planning and project supervision processes. We remain available to our customers on all issues in this regard, with our CAD and BIM experts serving as key points of contact for our customers and our branches alike.
Since 2015, ZWP has maintained a cross-shareholding relationship with the engineering firm of BPR Dr. Schäpertöns Consult GmbH & Co. KG. This enables us to provide engineering services, from one source, for buildings, transport systems, energy systems and environmental technology systems.
Since 2019, ZWP Ingenieur-GmbH has been a subsidiary of ZWP Ingenieur-AG. Until the end of 2022, the company operated under the name R.Wieder GmbH - Ingenieurbüro für elektrotechnische Anlagen. With around 20 employees at the Erding site, ZWP Ingenier-GmbH plans electrical building equipment projects independently, but is also active in projects of ZWP Ingenieur-AG.
