Wettbewerbe Energieversorgungskonzepte
Der Luisenblock Ost im Entwicklungsgebiet „Hauptstadt Berlin - Parlaments- und Regierungsviertel“ soll mit einem Neubau (LBO1) für die parlamentarische Nutzung mit Büroflächen für Abgeordnete und Ausschusssitzungssälen bebaut werden.
Der Entwurf der Architekten Metaform architects (Luxemburg) und Wandel Lorch Götze Wach (Frankfurt a.M.) sieht die Entwicklung eines offenen, kommunikativen, nachhaltigen und anpassungsfähigen Gebäudes vor. Die ZWP Ingenieur-AG hat das Energiekonzept entwickelt. Dieses setzt auf regenerative Wärme- und Kältequellen (Grundwasser) in Verbindung mit Low-Exergie-Wärmeübergabesystemen. Die Antriebsenergie für die Raumkonditionierungssysteme wird zu einem wesentlichen Teil durch Photovoltaik vor Ort geerntet.
Das Wettbewerbsteam erhielt für ihren Entwurf eine Wettbewerbsanerkennung.
