„Magic of the Sea“ is the name of a hotel project with 145 beds in Sopot, a well-known spa on the Baltic Sea. It is the first significant spa-project in Poland. The 3,000 sqm big centre for beauty and body treatment offers 36 single treatment rooms and a bath and sauna world with four swimming pools. In order to reach a broad audience the hotel accommodates additionally a conference centre with 300 sqm. The hotel is built by a real estate company of the IKEA-group and will be managed by the hotel operator LEGEND Management, also belonging to the IKEA group.
 
ZWP partly developed the conceptual design and a functional description in preparation for the tender documents of the general contractor.
